2026 Florida Chapter Summer Judging Event & School & BBQ

This will be a 2-point judging and 1-point school event – weather permitting. We are only registering 2-3 cars for judging. The earliest registered judges will be given priority for assignments.

2026 Florida Chapter Fall Judging Event

Location: Mission Inn Resort & Club, Howey-in-the-Hills, FL
Dates: November 6^th & 7^th, 2026
Registration Deadline: October 21^st, 2026

This will be a 2-day, 4-point judging event and 1-point school. Judging of Operations and Exterior on Friday starting at 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Annual Membership meeting and 1 pt. Judging school starts at 7:00pm. Judging will be concluded by 4:00 PM Saturday and awards will be presented.

Event Schedule:

November 6th Friday Schedule:

When you arrive at Mission Inn, turn right after the entrance, away from the main lobby. Trailers and Flight cars will park in the grassy field, near the tent. All others can park in the closest parking lot. Sportsman will line up along the outside of the judging field backed up to the trees.
After you park, , go to the NCRS registration/ Information table and sign in and get your name tag. You can also talk to or pay for a Membership there, buy a shirt, turn in your donation, if you brought one, and fill out the donation form. They will answer all of your questions not related to your car registration.
Judges can pick up and return the judging books, get a pencil, and a clipboard from the registration/Information table. You can also return your name tag in at the end of the event if you want.
Please refrain from approaching the car registration table during the start of each day unless you have a registered car.
There will be a separate, Tabulation table for only those on that team. The Judging Chairman and Administrator will be available to them as needed. (Judges will turn their completed sheets into the Judging Chairman or Administrator ) not the Tabulators.
For those not driving a Corvette, please bring chairs and a canopy and share the shade with others.
Pizza and water will be available for all registered participants.
Dinner on your own. Include others and arrange to go to dinner at the resort or elsewhere.

November 7th, Saturday schedule:

8:00 Cars will be moved to the judging field under parking crew guidance.
8:00 Judges meeting followed by Owners meeting.
Flight judging will start after the Meetings.
Lunch will be in the restaurant adjacent to the Judging Field.
Awards to be presented at the conclusion of judging

This is an outdoor judging field. You may want to bring a car cover for Friday night, your chair, and a hat, fender covers.

12:00PM – 5:00 PM: Performance Verification (PV) judging by appointment with National Team Leader
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Operations (OPS) All judged cars with owners-w/cold start on judging field
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch for Judges/Tabs and Staff in Judging Field Hospitality Tent
Choose only 1 of the following two classes – Maintenance Building.
- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 1-pt Judging School, Intro. to NCRS Judging, for those with less than 25 points
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 1-pt Judging School for those with 25+ points
